About Your Opportunity:

This role supports the increasing need to protect our national security through the development of software applications in an Agile environment to collect data, analyze it, and enable our customers to make informed decisions. It offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology and address significant national security challenges. We have multiple positions for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, requiring relevant security clearances or the ability to obtain them.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Support teams in adopting lean-agile practices as a servant-leader and facilitator.
  2. Facilitate team-of-teams events like Program Increment Planning and support roadmap development.
  3. Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments to achieve goals.
  4. Identify training and development needs for teams and individuals.
  5. Help teams and individuals improve performance through coaching and mentoring.
Your Experience:
  • Practical experience in servant-leadership within agile teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile principles, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II/III, SASM).
  • Experience in Agile Coaching or relevant qualifications (ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC).
