NHS Scotland is recruiting a School Nurse Team Lead for Aberdeen City to provide operational and clinical leadership for the School Nursing Service. This post is Band 7 and full time, with responsibility for shaping service delivery for children, young people and families across Aberdeen City.

You will lead a team of school nurses and support staff, drive safeguarding, governance and service improvement, and work with Education, Social Work and partner agencies to improve outcomes.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with leadership experience in school/public health nursing.
• Experience in safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and supervise staff.
• Ability to collaborate with Education and Social Care partners.
