Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Clinician for the East Hub based in Redhill. You will mentor EMHPs/CWPs, supervise clinical practitioners and help develop whole-school mental health approaches in Surrey.

The role involves building relationships with senior school leaders, delivering direct interventions to CYP and families, and supporting sustainable service development across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Registered health or social care professional with current UK registration.
• Registration/accreditation with HCPC, NMC or BABCP.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Low Intensity CBT practitioners within the team.
• Develop trainees and newly qualified EMHPs into well-rounded clinicians.
• Lead on school liaison and provide case consultation to schools.
• Deliver direct interventions to CYP and families and manage a caseload.
