Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash Transformation Manager to own the O2C workstream across large-scale finance transformation programmes. You will lead end-to-end design, testing and deployment, collaborating with senior finance, sales and operations, and coordinating onshore and offshore delivery.

The role requires deep O2C expertise, IFRS 15 knowledge and a track record of leading complex SAP S/4HANA projects. We value a finance qualification and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Order-to-Cash expertise across SAP S/4HANA finance (order/contract mgmt, AR, billing).
Revenue recognition knowledge (IFRS 15, event-based).
Understanding of pricing, discounts and deductions in O2C.

Responsibilities

Own the O2C workstream end to end—fit-to-standard, process design, testing and deployment.
Lead design forums with senior finance, sales and operational stakeholders.
Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery and manage dependencies with SAP delivery teams.
Support proposals, bids and development of reusable assets for revenue recognition transformations.
Drive AI-enabled delivery approaches within the transformation programme.
