SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant - Global Greenfield Transformation
London HQ (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week onsite + European travel as required)
Contract | Long-Term 3 year Project

We're working with a leading consultancy on a major multi-country SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation across Europe within the Life Sciences sector. This is a high-profile, business-facing role where you'll play a key part in shaping finance processes and driving best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, challenging decisions and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
• Lead discussions with business teams to justify and explain why solutions should be designed and executed in a specific way.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across multiple European markets.
• Deliver hands-on configuration and solution design within SAP FICO as part of a large-scale greenfield rollout.
• Support integration with adjacent SAP modules and cross-functional business processes.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in SAP FICO within large-scale S/4HANA greenfield implementations
• Strong background in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Sciences industries
• Excellent stakeholder management and business-facing skills, with the ability to influence and hold stakeholders accountable
• Experience working in multi-country, complex transformation programs
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with fluency in English
