Job Description:

Morgan Hunt's Social Care team is proud to be working with Mind in Enfield and Barnet on their search for a Lead Sanctuary Support Worker.

The role involves working within the Sanctuary crisis intervention and prevention service, which acts as a short-term A&E and Emergency service, providing support to individuals aged 18+ experiencing crises in the Enfield borough.

You will provide leadership and support to the shift team, working alongside the manager to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities include providing emotional support and maintaining a calm, supportive presence for those in distress.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mild to severe mental health issues. Managerial experience is preferred.

The Sanctuary Service operates Monday to Friday, from 5 pm to 10 pm, and on weekdays from 12 pm to 5 pm. The role requires working 21 hours per week during these times.
