It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team at AXA Health, with significant investments planned to transform our services and streamline processes. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer to help deliver our digital roadmap, develop our team, and support our engineering strategy.

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work in a product-led operating model, focusing on developing our Single Digital Platform based on Salesforce, .NET, Azure, and React.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and guide a team of test engineers, sharing best practices in manual and exploratory testing on Salesforce.
2. Oversee testing activities, ensuring quality in frequent deployments.
3. Be hands-on, focusing on test automation and uplifting existing capabilities.
4. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation within a CI/CD environment.

Candidate Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing and leadership in Test Engineering or SDET roles.
2. Deep understanding of testing principles, SDLC, and automation frameworks.
3. Experience with tools like Provar or Copado CRT is advantageous.
4. Experience in load testing and manual testing approaches.
5. Proven ability to improve testing processes.
