Role: Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

TechOhana has partnered with a boutique Salesforce Partner expanding its team of highly skilled specialists. They are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to join their team and work on exciting projects.

Your main responsibilities include utilizing your technical skills (Apex and LWC) to gather technical requirements, collaborating with a team of Salesforce Developers, and mentoring junior developers to develop your leadership skills.

This role offers the chance to work closely with Salesforce professionals and includes a range of benefits and performance incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Develop complex applications and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Manage data models, facilitate data migrations, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor and optimize the Salesforce environment, managing performance and system stability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
