Role: Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

TechOhana has collaborated with a boutique Salesforce Partner that is currently expanding its practice of highly skilled specialists. They are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant to join the team and be part of exciting projects.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Technical Consultant will include utilizing your technical skillset (Apex and LWC) to gather technical requirements and collaborating with a team of Salesforce Developers. You will also lead junior developers and provide mentorship, enhancing your leadership skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a professional team of Salesforce specialists, working closely with a Salesforce TA. Benefits include a range of perks and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
2. Develop complex applications and customizations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
3. Manage data models, facilitate data migrations, and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and connected systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and junior developers.
5. Monitor and optimize the Salesforce environment, improve performance, manage technical debt, and implement upgrades.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
2. Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
3. Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
4. Salesforce Certified - PD1 preferred.
5. Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
6. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
7. Legal right to work in the UK.
