Role: Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

TechOhana is collaborating with a boutique Salesforce Partner that is expanding its practice of highly skilled specialists. They are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to join their team and work on exciting projects.

Your main responsibilities will include utilizing your technical skills (Apex and LWC) to gather requirements and collaborating with a team of Salesforce Developers. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior developers, enhancing your leadership skills.

This role offers the chance to work with a professional team of Salesforce specialists and to receive a range of benefits and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Salesforce solutions aligning with business needs and best practices.
• Develop applications and customizations on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Manage data models, facilitate data migrations, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, product owners, and developers.
• Monitor and optimize the Salesforce environment, managing performance and system upgrades.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, LWC.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce PD1 certification preferred.
• Exposure to Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
