Role: Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

TechOhana has collaborated with a boutique Salesforce Partner that is currently expanding its practice of highly skilled specialists. They are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant to join the team and be part of exciting projects.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Technical Consultant will be to utilize your technical skillset (Apex and LWC) to efficiently gather technical requirements and collaborate with a team of Salesforce Developers. You will also have the opportunity to lead junior developers and mentor them, enhancing your leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, scalability, and best practices.
• Build complex applications and customizations on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
• Manage data models, facilitate data migrations, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, and junior developers.
• Monitor and optimize the Salesforce environment, manage performance, technical debt, and system updates.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
• Salesforce Certified - PD1 preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Full right to work in the UK
