Are you a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant looking to be engaged and challenged in an environment where your ideas are supported and valued?

We have a fabulous Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant opportunity with a Salesforce consulting partner. Their number one focus is to build strong relationships with their employees but also help their clients, build one with their customers.

This Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant role requires someone to be in the Midlands, UK office x4 days a week; and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:

  1. Lead on high value and complex Salesforce CRM projects across several Salesforce products.
  2. You will effectively own the project and client relationship at a functional level and work with the management team on ensuring project delivery success.
  3. Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce products features and limitations to help with solution design and implementation while also ensuring your project runs to time and budget.
  4. You will need to have great communication and stakeholder management skills as you will be client facing and be able to manage client expectations under pressure.
  5. Line management of junior Salesforce Consultants.
Skills

The skills and experience needed for the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant:

  1. Proven Salesforce functional background delivering end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  2. Able to manage the project lifecycle – scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live and aftercare.
  3. High Level understanding of Salesforce customisation and configuration.
  4. Strong stakeholder management with good business acumen.
  5. Show leadership attributes with willingness to support and guide junior consultants on projects.
  6. Worked across multiple Salesforce cloud implementation projects at the same time – Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud are both bonuses to have.
Experience Requirements

Experience of working with another Salesforce consultancy firm.
