Qualifications

12+ years of CRM experience with focus on large, complex environments.
Experience in Public Sector Services or Energy & Utilities domains.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture and digital transformation programs.
Act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Assess customer requirements and align them with Salesforce capabilities.
Define CRM strategies, target architectures, and roadmaps for transformation.
Lead business process redesign and optimization across functions.
Drive multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise integration strategies.
Provide architectural leadership across the Salesforce 360 platform.
