Additionally, they have developed deep and unrivaled expertise in dealing with challenges faced by industries in critical environments.

Having developed a strong culture among their Salesforce Developers, they are now looking for a Lead to take on a more "people-focused" role and lead from the front!

As a Salesforce Development Lead, you will be working with a mix of Salesforce technologies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity, Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, and CI/CD, to name a few technologies.

As a Lead Developer, you will head up the Salesforce team to build cutting-edge solutions. You’ll combine your technical skills with leadership abilities to guide development, ensure top-notch code, and foster a high-performing team. Please note, we need proven experience across mentoring, management, and the people side to be eligible for this role.

The successful Lead Salesforce Developer can expect a salary between £80,000 - £90,000, along with remote bonus, healthcare, and a quick two-stage interview process.
