We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Lead to join us during a growth phase as we invest further in our Salesforce platform. This is a new role within our IS team, focusing on planning, designing, leading, and developing Salesforce within Home Group.
You will oversee the daily management and development of the Salesforce environment and team, including regular updates and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Typical day as a Lead Salesforce Administrator
- Leading the development of secure, efficient, and feature-rich Salesforce solutions that benefit the business and users.
- Mentoring and managing the Salesforce team, overseeing their workload, development, and performance.
- Collaborating with IS, project teams, and the wider business to improve our Salesforce services for customers and colleagues.
- Managing the Salesforce environment, data quality, performance, and updates proactively.
- Promoting Salesforce adoption by demonstrating its benefits, supporting training, documentation, and user engagement.
- Participating in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and improving Salesforce development processes.
- Monitoring and leading incident resolution, working closely with relevant teams to inform stakeholders and resolve issues quickly.

You bring
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification.
- Proven experience in building, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading a team and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging technical expertise to anticipate and address business needs.
