Lead Ruby developer – Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, AWS

Working for an innovative and fast-growing digital consultancy that has obtained a new client project that you will be working on. You will be tasked with Leading a team of local and off-shore developers, delivering a variety of projects for external clients and their internal SaaS platform.

As ever the code that you write must be performant, tested, re-usable and secure. Good communication skills with the ability to converse and explain complex ideas effectively to both Product teams and clients is essential as you will be part of a high visibility team.

Requirements

• 8 years of Ruby/Rails experience
• Experience in React.js
• GraphQL or API based services
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Git based versioning systems and CI/CD, automated functional and integration tests.
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in leading a team either local or off-shore is a must
