You will own systems to read and prioritize RL experiments, coordinate across research, infrastructure, product, and data operations, and lead end-to-end reviews to keep research moving with clarity and speed.

• Ability to build execution plans and high-leverage processes that reduce operational overhead.
• Background in ML engineering or ML research before transitioning to technical program management.
• Experience reading RL transcripts, debugging data pipelines, and making real-time allocation decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior technical staff.
• Ability to navigate a fast-growing org and coordinate across research, infrastructure, product, and data operations.
• Hands-on experience with ML training pipelines, RLHF systems, and large-scale data infrastructure in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems and programs that determine how fast our research moves, including reviews and prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end research reviews, ensuring the right context is in the room before decisions.
• Develop processes and frameworks to bring structure to unstructured research without slowing researchers.
• Collaborate with research leads, infrastructure engineers, and data operations to identify blockers and trade-offs.
• Deliver regular readouts on RL research progress, performance vs baselines, and incident health.
