Job summary

Leading UK insurer is seeking a Lead Risk Pricing Analyst to join the pricing team. The role focuses on managing pricing projects using advanced actuarial and statistical techniques to drive volume and profit, developing and deploying predictive models, and maintaining pricing datasets.

You will lead and coach Pricing Analysts, manage stakeholder relationships, and influence senior management on strategic direction of Risk Pricing. Strong GLM, Logistic Regression, and GBM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' experience in insurance pricing.
• Strong predictive modelling experience across GLMs, Logistic Regression and GBMs.
• Experience with SAS and Databricks; Emblem and Radar beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver pricing projects using actuarial and statistical techniques.
• Develop, validate and review predictive models; maintain datasets and pricing models.
• Coach, develop and lead Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts; engage stakeholders and influence senior management.
