  • Assist the Senior Risk Officer by assessing the credit quality of the allocated portfolio; managing and improving the risk profile.
  • Support the growth agenda within the Social Housing sector.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Proven commercial credit skills with experience managing complex transactions and credit processes.
  • Experience in Real Estate lending is preferred.
  • A sound understanding of the economic landscape and the ability to identify and translate potential risks.
  • General knowledge of law, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Management and leadership skills with experience liaising with senior stakeholders, especially when communicating credit risk findings.
