Job summary

Benjamin Grace Limited is recruiting an experienced RF Design Engineer to lead end-to-end RF design for DAS across major UK rail projects. You will work with Network Rail, MNOs and delivery partners, taking ownership of technical solutions and delivering high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven RF design experience within DAS, in-building or macro mobile networks.
• Strong knowledge of RF principles and network planning.
• iBwave Level 2 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF and DAS design activities across rail projects nationwide.
• Produce design documentation, submissions and post-integration reports.
• Develop practical, buildable RF solutions for stations and tunnels.
• Review supplier design submissions through to handover.
• Coordinate RF surveys and analyse results to optimise performance.
• Act as technical authority for RF design and risk resolution.
• Support testing, commissioning and network integration.
