Our client has a small but well-integrated team, and there is now a space available for a Lead BIM Coordinator to assist with Revit, MEP, and BIM in their Croydon office.

You will oversee daily operations and manage a small team collaborating on RIBA stage 5-6 MEP projects. Ongoing assistance and guidance will be provided by senior team members.

Role Details

• Permanent position with a salary, negotiable DOE but competitive.
• Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revit.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating MEP Services.
• Experience with BIM implementation during RIBA stages 5-6.
• Experience digesting MEP Stage 4 design information (layout drawings, schematics, specifications, schedules).
• Experience with BIM documentation (Execution Plans, Model Production & Delivery Tables, Information Management Plans, Asset Information Requirements).
• Experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops.
• Experience raising RFIs (Request for Information).
• Proficiency with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Fabrication within Revit.
• Within commuting distance of East Croydon Station.
• Strong work ethic, inquisitive, team player.
• Right to work in the UK.

Preferred but not essential

• Degree, HNC/HND, or other relevant higher education qualification in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, project management, or similar.
• Experience working at an M&E contractor.
• Experience being based on-site.
• CSCS card.
