Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a dynamic Respiratory Consultant to join the Leeds Cystic Fibrosis, PCD & Bronchiectasis services at St James's University Hospital. The appointee will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team delivering CF and bronchiectasis care across West, North and East Yorkshire, with a strong research and teaching ethos and a 1:4 CF on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom or equivalent.
• Higher specialist training in Respiratory Medicine.
• On Specialist Register or within six months of admission if in training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leeds Adult CF Unit with a MDT covering CF/Bronchiectasis across the region.
• The post comprises ten programmed activities with 1:4 CF on-call and 1.2PA to support GIM.
