Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded and growing firm. The role combines quality casework with leadership responsibilities and supervision of junior staff, while delivering a client-focused service.

You will manage your own caseload across sales, purchases, leases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE, capable of working

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Mentoring or supervising junior colleagues desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Act as lead fee earner on files and progress matters with high client care.
• Support senior management in day-to-day supervision of the conveyancing department.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and estate agents.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice with a proactive, client-focused service.
• Contribute to team development and departmental goals.
