Job summary

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its established residential property team in Hampshire. You will handle a broad conveyancing caseload, advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters with a focus on quality client care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx).
• At least 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad residential conveyancing caseload.
• Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-builds.
• Liaise with agents, lenders and third parties.
• Provide regular client contact and collaborate with colleagues.
