Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an NMC-approved educational institution.
• ICH-GCP recognised training within the last 2 years.
• Post graduate degree in science or health science.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research delivery team managing a diverse portfolio of clinical studies.
• Ensure studies are set up, conducted, and closed in line with regulations.
• Develop strategies to maximise patient recruitment and study performance across multiple specialties.
• Oversee staff development, supervision, and performance management.
• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
