Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Research Nurse – Team Lead (Band 7) to lead the Research Delivery Team across multiple specialities. You will oversee study setup, conduct and closeout with a focus on regulatory compliance, data quality, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an NMC-approved educational institution.
• Experience delivering clinical research.
• Experience mentoring or supervising teams.
• ICH-GCP knowledge/training desirable (last 2 years)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the research delivery team delivering a diverse portfolio of clinical studies.
• Ensure studies are set up, conducted, and closed in line with regulatory and protocol requirements.
• Manage workload, allocate resources, and supervise staff development.
• Develop strategies to maximise patient recruitment, retention, and study performance across specialties.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and UK Policy Framework; monitor data quality and safety reporting.
