What You Will Do


  • Translate electrical power targets into clear and actionable engineering requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs.

  • Create and maintain test cases to validate requirements, collaborating with validation and testing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary liaison for the Electrical Efficiency Management (EEM) team, representing the department across all engineering functions.

  • Track and assess changes, ensuring updates to requirements are communicated effectively and implemented across vehicle programmes.

  • Champion cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent understanding and application of requirements across all stakeholders.



What You Will Bring


  • Proven experience in writing and managing technical requirements with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various disciplines.

  • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS.

  • A solid understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model development processes.

  • A graduate or postgraduate qualification in an engineering discipline.
