Job summary

SCOR in London seeks a Lead Reporting Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of complex reporting solutions, shaping requirements with stakeholders and guiding design, implementation and launch across regulatory and strategic reporting platforms.

You will bridge business stakeholders, data engineers and external resources, using Power BI, Palantir, Excel, SQL and other SCOR tools to define scalable reporting while ensuring data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Power BI data modelling, dashboards and adoption.
• Strong SQL data extraction, transformation and analysis across large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for controls, reconciliation and executive-ready reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with business and tech teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery, coach juniors, and promote best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and analysis of complex reporting requirements, aligning with business strategy and data governance.
• Shape and validate reporting prototypes with data engineers for scalable solutions.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, development teams and external resources across the project lifecycle.
• Own testing and UAT for reporting deliverables with sign-off from stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, training and operating guidance for sustainable adoption.
