An opportunity has arisen at a leading health organization for a Qualified Teacher of the Deaf or Speech & Language Therapist. The role involves supporting children and young people with hearing loss, managing a caseload, and leading a multidisciplinary team at Bradford Royal Infirmary.

The postholder will participate in the YAIS multi-disciplinary team including the line management of the rehabilitation team which consists of Rehabilitation support workers, Speech and Language Therapists and Teachers of the Deaf who work with children and adults.
The role also includes supporting a caseload of babies, children and young people with severe to profound hearing loss from initial referral for cochlear implant assessment through to subsequent rehabilitation within Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
