Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Engineer to lead our specialist Rehabilitation Engineering team, delivering expert technical leadership and shaping wheelchair and seating services in partnership with the Clinical Lead Wheelchair Therapist.

You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee complex equipment assessment, adaptation and commissioning, and drive governance and quality improvements within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Experienced Rehabilitation Engineer with leadership experience.
• Strong technical judgement for complex equipment needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Rehabilitation Engineering service.
• Provide specialist technical and clinical expertise in equipment assessment, adaptation and commissioning.
• Support governance, safety and quality improvements across the service.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead Wheelchair Therapist to align engineering and therapy expertise.
• Engage with managers, suppliers and partner organisations to maintain high service standards.
• Drive service development and multidisciplinary decision-making.
