Job summary

Eastcott, part of Linnaeus in Swindon, is seeking an experienced RVN to step into a Lead RVN role at our Tier 3 multidisciplinary hospital. You will lead a team of four RVNs and one technician, guiding daily clinical nursing and supporting the dentistry service while upholding high patient care standards.

You will work closely with clinicians, Team Leaders and HoNS, contribute to service development, participate in leadership meetings, and help shape a growing department with regular CPD and

Location: Swindon
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts)
Weekend rota: 1:8 weekends with days off the following week

Are you an experienced RVN looking to take the next step in your leadership career?

We are seeking a confident and proactive Lead RVN to support and develop a dedicated nursing team while driving high clinical standards within our referral hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team, influence service development, and play a key role in shaping a growing department.

Dentistry is a key part of this role, making it ideal for someone with an existing interest in dentistry or an RVN looking to develop specialist skills within this area.

You will lead a team of four RVNs and one technician, providing day-to-day guidance while remaining actively involved in clinical nursing.

The Role

You will:

About You

We’re looking for an RVN with:
