Meallmore Ltd is seeking a Dayshift Registered Nurse for Parklands in Alloa. You will deliver high standards of person-centred nursing care, lead the shift, and support the team to ensure residents' wellbeing.

The role is 34.5 hours per week with a competitive rate of £21.56 per hour, plus Nurse Development programme, overtime options, Wagestream access, sick pay, free parking, subsidised meals and Blue Light Card eligibility.

Formación

• Valid NMC registration.
• Experience leading a team (Desirable).
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Organised, flexible with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold high nursing care standards by leading the team and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
• Deliver hands-on clinical care and support to provide person-centred care.
• Advocate and deliver care for residents and their families.
• Develop and monitor tailored care plans and risk assessments.
