Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Hillside Court care home in Leeds. You will provide high standards of nursing care to adults with complex needs, promote independence and support everyday living skills.

You will lead a shift as Nurse in Charge, administer medications safely and work within the Mental Capacity Act framework, ensuring person-centred care and strong teamwork with the local care home staff.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in adult care with complex needs preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning capabilities.

Responsibilities
