Job summary

Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking a Lead Nurse for one of its luxurious care homes. You will lead nursing care in a nurse-led environment, spending meaningful time with residents and families to deliver holistic support.

You will mentor student nurses, coordinate the patient journey with a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure high quality care in a premium setting that prioritises resident comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) is required.
• Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
• Preferably experience in a care home or elderly setting.
• Commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion and empathy for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse coordinating the patient journey within a nurse-led model.
• Mentor and teach student nurses when appropriate.
• Provide holistic care and oversee multi-disciplinary care planning.
