Role Overview: Seeking a Lead or Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in London, working alongside Ben Coverdale and others. This role involves leading new divisions in Privacy Tech, Rust, HPC, and Industry 4.0, offering a career-defining opportunity.

Location: Based in our HQ in the St Paul's area, offering a vibrant and diverse working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships and understanding technical requirements.
• Sourcing and training recruiters, utilizing job boards, networks, and Boolean searches.
• Screening and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
• Leading the hiring process to ensure positive experiences for clients and candidates.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals to generate revenue and build relationships.
• Business development and maintaining a book of business in targeted sectors.

Requirements:

• Proven success in building a recruitment desk in the tech sector.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Supportive team player with a growth mindset and a focus on self-development.

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + commission (up to 40%).
