About the Role

As the Lead GTM Recruiter, you'll drive recruitment excellence for Sales and Go-to-Market functions across EMEA. You'll be a strategic advisor to senior leaders, attracting world-class talent to accelerate our growth in fintech banking solutions across UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

What You\'ll Do
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for Sales & GTM and various other teams as required
  • Develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives and EMEA growth targets
  • Partner with leadership to build proactive pipelines for business-critical roles
  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from strategy through offer negotiation
  • Use data analytics and market intelligence to optimise hiring strategies
  • Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive fintech markets
  • Provide consultative partnership to hiring managers with market insights and compensation guidance
  • Champion nCino\'s employer brand through industry events, content creation, and networking
  • Mentor recruiters and lead process improvement initiatives
What You\'ll Bring

  • Proven success recruiting Sales/GTM/Tech talent in high-growth SaaS/fintech
  • Track record recruiting from individual contributors to executives
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms (Workday ideally)
  • Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
