Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management:

  • Design and implement hiring strategies tailored to business needs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding talent.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Create a goal-driven environment that motivates team members to exceed expectations.

Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise:

  • Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns using innovative, scalable techniques.
  • Utilize your deep logistics and supply chain knowledge to attract specialized talent.

Metrics & Employer Branding:

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine processes.
  • Enhance JD Logistics' employer brand through strategic outreach and engaging events.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain landscape.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns and utilize direct sourcing strategies effectively.
  • Technology: Strong proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
