Job summary

Blue Inn Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for an RC Frame & Groundworks project in Ilford, East London, on a permanent basis. You will oversee day-to-day delivery and coordinate multiple stakeholders across design teams, subcontractors and the client.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Strong background in RC Frame and Groundworks.
Experience coordinating designers and subcontractors.
Experience working with developers/clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of RC Frame and Groundworks packages.
Coordinate and manage designers, subcontractors, consultants and the client.
Liaise with the local council and relevant authorities.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, programme and regulations.
Monitor project progress, quality, health & safety and programme.
Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain clear and professional communication with all project stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks, delays and project issues.
