Job summary

Octavius is recruiting for an Electrification and Plant (E&P) Supervisor to join our team. You will support the site management team to deliver safe, high-quality Electrification and Plant works across our rail portfolio.

You’ll supervise site activities, coordinate people, suppliers and resources, ensure safe systems of work and maintain permits and records. You’ll monitor progress and help resolve issues to protect delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising rail Electrification and Plant projects.
• Willingness to progress towards SMSTS/SSSTS.
• CSCS card held.
• PTS where required.
• Ability to maintain accurate site records.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold safety, quality and professionalism.
• Coordinate site teams, suppliers, plant and resources.
• Provide clear instructions and define roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor progress and report updates to site management.
• Maintain permits, diaries and daily site records.
• Address issues promptly to protect delivery timelines.
