Qualifications

• Registered radiographer with NHS Band 6 level experience.
• Experience in CT and MRI modalities preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support junior staff.
• Commitment to CPD and advanced practice development.

Responsibilities

• Act in a supervisory role and advise junior staff in duties.
• Deputise for Modality Lead Radiographer when required.
• Manage workload to ensure steady patient flow and staff breaks.
• Teach colleagues on equipment use and radiographic techniques for complex cases.
• Monitor radiography standards and take remedial action as needed.
• Pursue CPD and implement service development initiatives.
