Job summary

Ganymede is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of high-value construction projects. You will lead from the front on schemes across education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors, with project values up to £30m, coordinating with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contractor environments.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction to final account.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts; NEC experience is a plus.
• Confident communicator able to lead meetings and manage stakeholders.
