Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor to own a diverse portfolio of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects for a respected main contractor in the UK. You will manage procurement, valuations, variations and payments, coordinating with project teams to protect margin and deliver on program.

The role offers exposure to education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors with schemes up to £30m, and a platform to develop client and supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Ability to manage projects with professionalism and accuracy.

• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and payments.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial updates.

Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

Are you a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of varied, high-quality construction projects with a respected main contractor?

We are working with an established construction main contractor delivering projects across the education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors, with schemes ranging up to £30m in value. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
