Trading System Developer - London - Up to £200k + Bonus + Equity

Who?

Working with a global proprietary trading firm that has been active in traditional financial markets since the early 90s. They have diversified into emerging markets, including Digital Assets.

Why?

The firm is building a new trading team to develop a mission-critical, high-performance trading system from scratch. Responsibilities include algorithmic development, trading system development, and low-latency coding.

What?

Development of a greenfield trading system using Python, with newer technologies such as Go & Rust. The role involves creating solutions for platform connectivity and monitoring systems. The team has a flat structure, promoting collaboration with traders, researchers, and software engineers within the small group and the larger organization.

Where?

The firm has 10 offices worldwide, including one in London. The role offers remote working flexibility and is full-time.

Compensation:

The base salary can go up to £300k, plus bonus and equity.
