Job summary

Qualifications

• Ambitious and intellectually curious, combining technical experience with problem solving.
• Proficient in Python with experience delivering production changes to large complex systems.
• Front office quant experience with a track record of production delivery.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and build global relationships in the front office.
• Experience with agentic design (harnesses) and MCP servers and related AI/ML Python libraries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills for front-office work.
• Academic background in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, CS, or related STEM.
• Strong data fundamentals and Python implementations (numpy, polars, scipy).
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques with production delivery experience.
• Curiosity about using AI to improve workflows with sound judgment and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of quantitative models and analytics across the Global Markets business.
• Design and implement the next generation of AI-powered systems, partnering with Trading, Structuring and Sales from idea generation through to production launch.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Trading, Structuring, Sales, Quant, IT, and Risk partners in London and across regions.
