Your Job

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company (formerly known as Vectura) is seeking a Lead Quality Officer who will help shape the future of our Quality function—supporting both the development of life-changing medicines and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

We want you to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and ISO standards and to deliver expert Quality Assurance support across projects, especially in the R&D and clinical space.

• Carry out QMS activities including Goods In, environmental monitoring, audit scheduling, and equipment maintenance

• Identifying process improvements and supporting the implementation of changes across the Quality System

• Review and maintain all relevant GMP/ISO documentation

• Conduct detailed reviews of batch manufacturing records and associated test data

• Lead and perform internal audits, while training and mentoring junior QA staff

• Support and investigate validations, change controls, and quality issues

• Work closely with cross-functional project teams to review and guide quality in documentation

• Act as an advocate for quality culture, embedding it across teams

• Collaborate strategically on onsite archiving with our GxP archivist

Who You Are

• You have a minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals, ideally with exposure to R&D

• Experience in internal audits, and working knowledge of GMP beyond just the numbers—you know how to apply it
