Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to own quality activities across defence programmes in a highly regulated environment. The role is based on-site in Bedfordshire with a four-day working week and offers clinically significant responsibility for driving quality strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Quality Engineer in manufacturing/defence environments.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action leadership.
• Experience with quality management systems and regulated processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficiency with SAP Quality Module and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality activities across assigned programmes and projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory quality requirements.
• Drive RCCA/CAPA activities through to completion.
• Manage non-conformances and support MRB activities.
• Review and approve quality documentation and deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews to provide QA expertise.
• Support bids by advising on quality requirements and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across products, processes and suppliers.
