About this opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to lead a high-performing, learning-centric team. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and acceptance criteria aligned with LBG’s Group Test Strategy, Engineering Standards, Guardrails, and Tech Strategy. You will be an active member of the LBG QE Community and FNZ Lab leadership team, transforming how we deliver change!

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver budget plans for your area with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Implement formal development frameworks for a substantial department, coaching and mentoring others, and investing in personal development.
  • Identify process improvements, propose and implement them for organizational development.
  • Contribute to IT Security policy development, develop procedures, and monitor their implementation.
  • Manage the development and operation of knowledge management systems.
  • Develop and execute plans for specific areas, managing others as needed.
  • Set long-term objectives and oversee performance management systems within your department.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals for complex products/services, developing and amending them with guidance.
  • Identify and evaluate expertise-led solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop tactical plans for resource and asset optimization.
  • Contribute to planning frameworks with mentorship from senior colleagues.
  • Develop testing strategies for a range of products and operations to meet evolving requirements.
