Morson Edge is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to drive the ongoing development and continual improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain. You will work to ensure robust processes, regulatory compliance and a culture of proactive quality throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems or Business Management Systems in manufacturing/engineering.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external audits.
• Strong problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis.
• Experience in continuous improvement and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and continual improvement of the Business Management System (BMS).
• Coordinate internal audit programmes across the business.
• Support external certification and customer audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance business performance.
• Support Management Review meetings and monitor quality objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review, develop and improve business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Embed quality across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain.
