Join our Team as a Lead Qualifier Business Sales!
Location: Field Based
Salary: £25,500 Per Annum + Commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As a Lead Qualifier in our Business Sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, ensuring the right opportunities progress through our sales pipeline. Key responsibilities:
  • Generating interest with new business prospects as well as existing customers.
  • Telephone-based outreach to small to medium businesses to review their mobile, fixed line, and call charges requirements and arrange meetings for the field sales team.
  • Analyzing customer needs and pre-selling solutions.
  • Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT, and telephone systems.
  • Making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, sending emails, managing diaries, and pipeline management.
  • Achieving KPI and target goals related to volume and profit.
  • Cleansing and maintaining data accuracy in the company's database.
  • Working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Following scripted sales pitches and proven sales processes to comply with Ofcom standards.
