This is a strategically important opportunity for an experienced Lead QRM Model Developer to join Coventry Building Society's Financial Planning & Analysis team following the integration of The Co-operative Bank. Reporting to the Senior Manager QRM, the role holder will lead the development, enhancement and maintenance of the Group's QRM forecasting and balance sheet models, helping to shape modelling capabilities that support key financial, treasury and risk management decisions. Working across Finance, Treasury, Capital Planning, Risk and Product teams, the person in post will be responsible for ensuring QRM models remain robust, well-governed and aligned to regulatory expectations. The role will involve developing forecasting and behavioural models, enhancing modelling approaches across a range of banking products, supporting transformation initiatives and providing technical expertise to both internal stakeholders and external QRM partners. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects linked to the Group's ongoing transformation programme, including system integration, treasury change initiatives and expanded product modelling capabilities. The role holder will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, contribute to governance forums including Group Asset & Liability Committee (GALCO), and play a key role in delivering modelling solutions that directly influence profitability, liquidity, capital planning and long-term business strategy.
